To replace an existing building complex from the 1960s, Bellevue-Immobilien AG, on behalf of the client - Mrs. Hedwig Guggenbühl-Rabsch - is constructing a 6-storey apartment building on Ettenhauserstrasse in Wetzikon. The large and modern shopping center "Züri-Oberland-Märt", as well as other shops, are in the immediate vicinity. The 17 rental units, generously planned by Dachtler Partner Architekten, are equipped with contemporary living standards.
