New construction of three buildings. The approximately 490 residential units are divided into shared apartments and individual studios, providing living space for approximately 500 people. On the ground floor there are workplaces for students as well as a daycare center. Additional meeting areas are located in a landscaped courtyard as well as in various recreational areas. The building is certified Minergie P-Eco.
