Residential development MFH and REFH, 8624 Grüt

The general contractor Inobag AG built magnificent, modern and spacious row houses, a multi-family house with five residential units and an underground parking garage with ample parking spaces in winter 2009/2010. Each residential unit is equipped with mechanical ventilation. A decentralized solution was implemented. This means that in each residential unit, a ventilation unit was installed in the storage room or in the basement rooms. At the client's request, a new distribution system from HB+ was installed. The ventilation units feature a rotary heat exchanger, which is capable of recovering the existing air humidity.
