Laubehuus combines contemporary architecture with sustainable technology: spacious, light-filled apartments, communal areas, workshop and vaulted cellar unite living and community. The heating and cooling system is based on ice storage and solar thermal energy, supplemented by underfloor heating and in-roof photovoltaics with battery storage. Rainwater covers approximately 50% of demand.
