SR Technics is building a new plasma system for welding and repair work. This plasma welding cabin requires an air supply volume of 12000 m³/h. By means of a frequency converter, this can be adjusted at any time. The exhaust air is directed into a special filter system with its own radial fan. This filter system will be installed on the roof. The supply air monoblock from Seven-Air will be placed in an intermediate floor. This system will have an aluminum plate heat exchanger installed separately on the roof next to the filter unit. Double-walled ducts form a duct network to the monoblock in the intermediate floor. For the summer case, a bypass opening through the roof is provided, through which outside air can be drawn in during summer.
