Südpark Niederglatt Business Park

Südpark Niederglatt is a construction project that has been realized since 2023 in the industrial area of Niederglatt and offers a mix of commerce, leisure, gastronomy and services. With a total area of 50,325 sqm and a rentable area of 7,240 sqm, Südpark combines workplaces, shopping opportunities and recreational zones. The site consists of two buildings with different functional focuses: Building A (red) houses a modern car dealership with showroom, paint shop and underground parking, a fitness area with wellness zone as well as a roof terrace with restaurant and garden; Building B (green) is a five-storey office building with flexible office spaces, commercial spaces on the ground floor (e.g. shops, hairdressing salons), a wine bar and a daycare center (KITA). Südpark is centrally located opposite Niederglatt train station and is intended to upgrade the commercial area through modern architecture and publicly accessible areas.
