The Riethöfe is a modern wood/solid construction residential settlement with 192 apartments, inspired by traditional farmsteads: central building, 'stables' with apartments above, coach houses. Sustainable technology characterizes the project: timber construction, photovoltaics, heat pumps utilizing water and ground energy, large communal and green spaces with natural outdoor areas.
