Two new multi-family houses with 13 rental apartments are being built on Risistrasse in Birmensdorf. In addition, underground parking spaces and storage rooms are being created. All residential areas on the ground floor have individual outdoor seating areas. In the residential units, wind-protected and covered loggias form the spatial extension of the respective dining and living rooms. The project provides for a maisonette typology in the attic stories of both houses. In these two-story apartments, an interior staircase leads to the second attic floor with gallery.
