Mitteldorfstrasse

The project on Mitteldorfstrasse in Villmergen follows the motto "making new from old" and involves replacing an existing building with a modern new construction. The architecture provides for a multi-family house with 16 residential units and three commercial spaces, which fits harmoniously into the village character through contemporary design. Technically, the building is equipped to a high standard; the planning of the entire building systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary) was carried out by specialized partners in SIA phases 3 to 5 to ensure modern energy standards and residential comfort.
