Less than three years after acquiring the property in late summer 2003 and only 23 months after the foundation stone ceremony, Fifa's vision of a new headquarters in Zurich had taken shape. With the new «Home of Fifa», the world football association has had an extraordinary building since the end of April 2006, in which all employees have been united under one roof for the first time since the mid-1970s.
