The concept of the modern residential building, slightly set back from Oberholzstrasse, shows a cubically compact construction form that enables optimal use of space. Through the architecturally striking design of the façades, a uniform overall appearance of the apartment building and individual apartments is created. The house fits well into the village center. Through the southwest and east-facing façades, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of light reaches the interior of the building; as a result, the living spaces and rooms are exceptionally bright and flooded with sunlight.
