HIAG has obtained building permission for a modern residential high-rise in Switzerland. The 70-meter-high building will offer a total of 217 apartments and will be built in the Salina Raurica district in Pratteln. With a sustainable concept that includes energy-efficient technologies and high-quality materials, the high-rise will enable urban living with high comfort. In addition, attractive outdoor areas are planned that will contribute to the quality of life of residents. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2024.
