The new building with a total of 138 apartments is integrated into the gently sloping hillside of the Seebach church hill. The surroundings were planned with special care. The green of the meadow extends into the terraced inner courtyard, which opens towards the south. The compact building volume allows generous open spaces and offers a diverse range of different 2.5 to 5.5 room apartments. A total of 31 apartment types are available for future residents to choose from – each one is unique.
