Swiss Re Rüschlikon Center for Global Dialogue
Guest and training center with hotel in the park of a large, protected villa. The project includes the conversion of the villa, a new building and the park architecture.
A neo-baroque villa of moderate quality and a wonderful park form the backdrop for an international communication platform. The emptiness of the French garden creates that spatial focal point which balances the precarious equilibrium between old and new buildings. Quiet spaces and materials of great presence accompany the journey through the complex.
