In the core zone of the Lake Zurich municipality of Küsnacht, in direct proximity to two historic buildings, Rossetti + Wyss Architekten replaced an existing rental building with a multi-family residential house. They derived the interior spatial solution from the urban planning arrangement. In turn, they expressed this in the joint pattern of the uniform Eternit cladding. A thoroughly convincing residential building and successful densification.
