The Pantanal will offer enlarged and naturally designed facilities for anteaters, capybaras, golden-bellied capuchins and Chilean flamingos. New walkable monkey islands will also be home to squirrel monkeys.
The original and model for this new facility is located in South America. There, as here, the Pantanal is a mosaic of wetlands and grasslands. It extends across large parts of Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay.
