New Life in Patumbahpark
Two building complexes with family apartments and a hammam will be built on the private building land along Mühlebachstrasse and Zollikerstrasse. They will be arranged as loose building structures around the historic central park section of the Patumbah site. The apartments and the publicly accessible hammam will only use part of the legally permitted floor area ratio. In selecting future residents, families who live, work and pay taxes here will be given preference. The park grounds will be restored and made accessible to the public.
