The new Tres-OR building in Rheinfelden is an ecological commercial project built to Minergie-A standard. The architecture offers flexible commercial spaces with high load-bearing capacity and ceiling heights up to 4 meters. Technically, the building stands out through ice storage technology for heating/cooling, a photovoltaic system (200 kWp) on the roof and facade, and intelligent KNX building automation.
