Areal Development Zinzikon

The ensemble in Zinzikon (Winterthur) comprises six terraced single-family homes in sustainable hybrid construction. The architecture combines a filigree concrete base with a wooden structure above. The project excels technically through direct connection to a central underground garage and ecological standards, embedded in an undevelopable location directly adjacent to the green space preservation zone.
