The longitudinal building on Wehntalerstrasse sets an urban accent with its continuous base floors and point buildings against the city's green space. The apartments in these point buildings are oriented on three sides and each designed as two-bundle layouts. On the ground floor of the longitudinal building (Wehntalerstrasse side), corresponding to the public situation, there are communal as well as commercial usable areas, as well as the new administration of the housing cooperative. On the 1st upper floor - a base floor - there are 6 special two-story apartments which, accessed from the ground floor, can be supplemented with studio spaces according to requirements. All apartments have generous private outdoor space.
