With the 4-storey new building on the Immenhauser- / Überlandstrasse in Dübendorf, 12 owner-occupied apartments with upscale finishes were built, also permitted in Minergie standard. The two-part building volume is accessed via a shared staircase. The formal design and materialization combine the building bodies and define the uses formally and haptically in different ways
