The apartment building on Girhaldenstrasse meets high standards for economical and ecological construction. The existing structure was largely preserved and the building was modernized to meet current housing needs.
The three existing full stories were supplemented by an additional full story and an attic story. In total, 16 micro-apartments and one attic apartment were created.
