The Manegghof is a sustainable new building on the last plot of the Greencity district with 179 age-appropriate apartments (from 55 years), developed as a turnkey project. Architecture combines dense urban structure with high living quality, large glass content, covered outdoor spaces, Minergie-/SNBS-Gold standard. Technical: well-developed infrastructure, energy-efficient building services, communal spaces.
