The skillful combination of old and new exudes a very special charm. The group of so-called vintage enthusiasts is growing ever larger – the desire to own beautiful and functional products with a deliberately visible patina becoming increasingly worthwhile. max offers something of both – new and old. The old building, where technicians and engineers once pored over their plans, remains and is being expanded with apartments and a few office spaces. Special features of this section are the generous ceiling heights and the impressive window fronts. In the courtyard-facing new building, 25 different apartment types are being created with unusual but well-thought-out and spacious floor plans. Noteworthy here is the high number of apartments with two loggias each and the carefully conceived materialization, which contributes greatly to tasteful and neutral interior design.
