The urban design concept envisions an ensemble of four building sections that interlock like mill blades and form a common organizational system. The buildings are separated from each other by a gateway to the courtyard, but simultaneously connected by continuous structural elements above. The entrance lobbies integrate into a coherent system of access routes and passages between street and courtyard. On the 1st floor above ground level, there is a gallery that connects the four buildings around the courtyard and forms an access ring for the entire ensemble. Above, the buildings are articulated into differentiated structures through roof terraces and recesses at the courtyard gateways.
