The heritage-protected Shedhallen of the former textile factory are being comprehensively renovated and repurposed for ZHAW. Planned are modern laboratories, offices and room-in-room cubes with high energy efficiency according to Minergie standards. Architecture and technology combine industrial structure with sustainable building systems and wood district heating.
