The construction project will be realized on Anton-Higi-Strasse in a residential district with characteristic buildings from the 1940s and 1950s. The building contains 24 residential units with apartment sizes ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. Energy-intensive materials are avoided in favor of durable, sustainable products.
