Auf ca. 82'000 m2 Grundstückfläche ist das neue Shoppingcenter mit Parhaus realisiert worden. In einer zweiten Phase ist die Mall of Switzerland mit einem Freizeitkomplex (zahlreiche Läden, ein grosses Angebot an Restaurants & Bars und ein Multiplex-Kino mit 12 Sälen.) und eine Wohnüberbauung komplettiert worden. Mit dem Projekt zählt es zum grössten Einkaufzentrum der Zentralschweiz. Die Mall of Switzerland steht unter dem Motto "Die Schweiz erleben."
