MFH Gotthardstrasse

The project at Gotthardstrasse 16a/b in Thalwil includes the renovation and expansion of an existing building through side extensions and an addition of two storeys. Modernised retail spaces, office rooms and apartments are created. Preserving the building conserves resources, minimises construction waste and preserves the distinctive copper beech tree. New outdoor space designs upgrade Thalwil's town centre and adapt to the changed context of Centralplatz and Gotthardstrasse.
