Das Hochhaus Bachwiesstrasse 22 wird mit neuer Fassade und Brandschutz-/Rauchdruckanlage saniert. Treppenhaus, Lift und Haustechnik werden modernisiert, womit Gebäudesicherheit und Wohnkomfort dem heutigen Standard angepasst werden.
