Mit dem «Lake» realisiert Swiss Re am Campus Mythenquai am linken Zürcher Seeufer einen Ersatzneubau. Der Ersatzbau verfügt über vier Untergeschosse, sechs Obergeschosse und ein Attikageschoss mit Dachterrasse. Die swisspro AG verantwortet sämtliche Stark- und Schwachstrominstallationen.

Der Bau erfüllt hohe Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen und wird nach den Standards Minergie-P-ECO und LEED Gold (v4) zertifiziert.
