Die Lokstadt ist das neue Quartier von Winterthur. In der Lokstadt entstehen in den nächsten 5 Jahren diverse Baufelder mit Wohnungen, Gewerbe, Tiefgarage und Begegnungsplätzen. Das Baufeld 1 beinhaltet zwei Hochhäuser, Tender und Bigboy, und einen Riegelbau mit Einstellhalle und über 200 Wohnungen und Gewerbe im Sockelgeschoss. Das Baufeld bildet einen eigenen ZEV (Zusammenschluss Eigenverbrauch) mit einer Photovoltaikanlage von ca. 150 kWp.
