Zwei neue Wohnhäuser mit 40 Mietwohnungen (Studios 2.5-, 3.5- und 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnungen) in Holz-Beton-Hybrid-Bauweise mit Hanfkalkstein-Fassade. Das Projekt umfasst zwei Ersatzneubauten und einen Park. Bezug voraussichtlich Sommer 2027.
