Im Gebäude WKL-1372 der Novartis sind 9 Unterstationen Lüftung und Kälte im Einsatz. Im Jahr 2004 fand eine Gesamtsanierung der MSR-System für HLKS-Anlagen sowie Erweiterungen statt, alles gemäss Kundenspezifischen GMP-Anforderungen. Im Jahr 2025 wurden zwei neue Automationsstationen inkl. Schaltgerätekombination für den Ersatz Lüftung KL4 und Ersatz Kälte KK4 geliefert.
